Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Domestic Orders (United States): 3–10 business days
International Orders: 7–30 business days

Shipping Rates

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where reasonably possible.
